Introducer Fee Notice
A recorded lead is useful evidence. A payable fee still needs an agreement.
No automatic entitlement
Creating a record, sending a response or mentioning a contact does not entitle you to a fee from the advertiser, buyer or EBITDA Market. A timestamp does not establish that you were the first introducer or override an existing relationship. Any fee requires acceptance by the person or organisation that will pay it.
Document the arrangement
Agree the opportunity covered, relevant parties, authority, fee basis, payment trigger, timeframe, prior-contact exclusions, VAT or tax, fee sharing and dispute process. Preserve the written acceptance and evidence of introduction. Counterparty acceptance is not collected by the platform’s dated-record feature.
Examples are not offers
A commission illustration multiplies an assumed transaction value by a chosen percentage. It does not state a market rate, quote an available commission or guarantee a transaction. Gross fees can be reduced by co-broker sharing, costs, taxes and the terms actually agreed. Do not present the example as expected earnings.
Confidentiality and regulated work
Obtain permission before sharing personal or confidential business information. Some financing, investment or arranging activities may require regulatory permissions or a specific exclusion. Check the actual proposed activity with a qualified adviser; a platform record provides no exemption. Contact ebitda@mailfence.com to report misuse.
