Payments, cancellation & refunds
Community membership and listing products are separate. Your legal rights still apply.
Before you pay
Check the product, price, currency, tax treatment, billing interval and renewal shown in checkout. Disabled checkout means no sale can be made. Free calculator use and free account creation do not become paid subscriptions automatically. A successful return from a checkout page is not itself proof of payment; access follows the verified payment record.
Cancel a recurring membership
Use the cancellation control in the community membership area or contact ebitda@mailfence.com if you cannot use it. An end-of-period cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves access until the paid period ends, subject to a refund, dispute or justified restriction. Removing the phone shortcut, signing out or deleting browser data does not cancel a subscription. Keep the confirmation and contact us if a later renewal appears inconsistent with it.
Consumers and cooling-off rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer and applicable distance-contract rules give a cancellation right, you may cancel within 14 days of entering the service contract. If you expressly request performance during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for service supplied before cancellation. We do not assume that first login or community access automatically removes your cancellation right. Any required early-performance request and acknowledgement must be obtained in the relevant purchase process. Your statutory rights for services not supplied with reasonable care and skill remain.
Business purchases and service problems
Business customers do not automatically receive consumer cooling-off rights. Any agreed business cancellation or refund terms must be shown before purchase. Report duplicate charges, unauthorised billing, material non-delivery or an incorrect product promptly, with the transaction reference and explanation. We assess the facts and applicable rights rather than treating every purchase as non-refundable. Failure to obtain a buyer, commission or specialist response does not alone show a service failure where that outcome was not promised.
Requesting a refund
Email your account email, payment reference, product, date and reason to ebitda@mailfence.com. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Where a refund is due, we use the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed, and comply with the applicable deadline. A refunded or disputed membership payment can remove access associated with that payment. We do not hold or refund acquisition deposits or third-party professional fees; contact the contracting party for those.
